Today, almost 7 years later, President Danny Astete scans that same horizon and continues to seek opportunities in Calgary. What hasn’t changed over the years, is the company’s character. They still believe in the same values they believed back then – high quality work, personalized service, and honesty and transparency above all. “At Cruz, quality and customer service are the two items that we focus on,” says Astete. “We are in the process of becoming a Certified Master Builder and our goal is to build the best quality inner city or estate home possible. We work one on one with all of our clients and provide a true custom experience allowing our customers to build and design the home of their dreams. We find that many builders only offer a pre-drawn set of plans limiting their customer’s ability to truly create something unique. We start our design process from what the customer envisions and help guide the client though the process of building the home of their dreams. Our year end walk and inspection goes well beyond the industry standards to ensure our customers satisfaction.” As a true custom home builder, clients can approach Cruz with their own design ideas for their dream homes. Cruz Custom Homes was one of eight home builders who came together to help CHBF raise $35,000 to build a new dormitory for Easter Seals Camp Horizon.
